The last incident left me with no choice. I had to approach the management office in Greenlane, talked to the boss about the problems and finally the boss promised to solve the problems.
He did but just for awhile.
Last night, the same problem reoccurred. The different is it involved another person. The last time someone parked at my parking lot was 3 months ago and he is one of the management officers.
This time, I have yet to identify the person as he drove past me in a more than 10 years old, blue Proton Wira when I was talking with the guard. I only managed to ask the guard to find more information about the driver. Luckily, I shot a few photos of his car at my parking lot.
I shall wait for the news from the guard. He really has big balls to park at my parking lot.
Do you face the same problem?
And how do you solve it?

It’s easy. Just inform the management that you would clamp whichever car that parked at your lot. They would have to approach the management then you for the release of their vehicle. Thus, you would know who to warn next.
If you find this to be too harsh. You can always use the tiniest cellophane tape and stick a notice on their windscreen. Let them have the experience of tearing up the tape if their car were to be under hot sun.
I have worst experience than this. I had cars parked right in front of my house blocking even the main gate for hours and I did that. I didn’t see their faces after this… haha. I guessed they had problem scrapping out the tapes… on all the windows
