Today, I went home after lunch, leaving office work aside to finish off some work at home. I felt relax and less stress as I was on half day leave. Within 20 mins, I reached my condo guard house, scanned the card, turned left and right. As I was about to park my car, I saw a black Perdana parked at my parking lot.
I was damn furious and angry. This was the 7 times that car owner parked his car at my parking lot. He is none other than the property management officer. I told myself I was not going to be a good guy this time. Straightaway, I walked very fast towards the office and approached him. Inside the office were a clerk, another resident and him. By the way, his name is Steven.
I raised up my voice and asked him the reason for having his car at my parking lot. As usual, he replied with a mentality of a child.
“Oh. it was raining just now. Hence, I parked my car at your parking lot”.
I told him,” You should have call me. Didn’t I tell you so previously?”
The last time I told him to call my hp was 2 weeks ago. And yet, last week, he parked his car at my parking lot without my knowledge. When I found out, he apologised. At that time, I didn’t want to quarrel with him as I was in hurry. Oh yeah…he had apologised for the 6 times to me. Sorry…sorry…sorry…sorry..sorry..sorry. To me, his sorry carry no weight and no sincerity at all.
He replied,” oh..what is your hp number?”
WTF…He didn’t has my hp number. Don’t kid me, old man. Your computer database captured my hp number from the first day I moved in. Otherwise, how can I received calls from your office regards to the renovation in my house? OK, let say you don’t have my hp number. You should have ask my number 2 weeks ago and last week as well. And yet, you didn’t.

After that, he walked out of the office towards the parking lot. He continued saying that he parked at my parking lot because he saw I was not around at that time. This is his usual reply every time I approach him.
On hearing that, I raised my voice further, ” By right, you have no right to park at my parking lot whether I am at home or not”.
“I know…I know…but we ‘cham siong mah’ ( discuss to give and take), he said.
I was too TL with him. I shot him back,” Yeah, I cham siong with you mah. I told you to call my handset but you didn’t. Do you know that I will be parking at my parking lot at any time I wish? It is very irritating every time I come back home without a parking lot”.
“I know it is very irritating”, he said.
FCUK! if you know it is very irritating, then why do it for so many times until 7 times. WTF!
He kept continue saying, ” You can park at parking lot number 9 if I park my car at your lot, since no one will park at lot 9.”
Wah…si pek TL with this old man. I bought the parking lot for him to park his car while I park at others parking lot?
The parking lot is belong to me and not for him. He just don’t want to park at the lot 9 and let me park at my parking lot simply because my parking lot is nearer to the office.
I brushed off his suggestion and adamantly told him that was my parking lot. I want to park at that lot and I asked him to get lost.
By that time, he got angry as well but I don’t cared. When he opened his car door, he just said,” Next time, I will not park at your lot”.
I said,” Ok. Thank you!”. And he moved his car to parking lot 9 and I parked at my parking lot.
This guy had been taking advantage of me since I seldom stay at the condo. Furthermore, I was not keen to quarrel with him for the past 6 times. For that, I was taken for granted for 6 times for being a good guy.
I hate people taking advantage of me when I am nice to them. I hate people taking me for granted for all I did for them. I can be nice but once it is over my limit, it is hard to please me again and all my sarcastic words will be lashed out. Thereafter, he or she will be in my black list.
Coming this Friday, I will file an official complaint against this Mr.Steven at the Penang branch property management office. I want to put it straight that nobody, I really mean nobody can take me for granted just like that.
I want to put a record that Mr.Steven get a complain letter from one of the resident in the condo. This is to ensure that in the future, there will be no such incidence occurs. Besides that, I want the management to ensure that Mr.Steven keep his promise.
Enough is enough. It is too much for me. I have told myself to pursue this case until to my satisfaction, even to the court if needed.

Agreed with you, I have couples of times having problem with management office at my location. In fact, the guy that no longer in the management office owe me RM450 until now… since it is a verbal contract.. I cant do anything on it. If i were you, I will take some photographs every time I saw he park at my parking.. then only go and talk to him.. in this way, you will have solid 7 pictures that are properly dated when filing a complains.
