Finally, after 2 days of talks, serious work starts.

Morning started with workflow coach meeting with the assemblers and technicians. I introduced myself as the new kid in the plant. Then, I stood besides to listen to the brief meeting and observed the environment and the people.  It’s a new environment with lots of new things to learn. A lot of differences but I’m glad that I will be learning new things.

There were a lot of things that I must find for myself. Nobody spoon feed me as things are not in order yet considering the plant is just 2 weeks old.  Everything is on the go. It’s on job training. Everyone is busy with their works. To get things done, I have to ask and search else things will not come to me. Luckily, I have been trained that way. Luckily, I am not as dumb as 8 years ago.

Had lunch outside the plant with a former colleague and 3 new friends. There are my new lunchmates. Again, it reminded me of my old buddies and the cafetaria. Life is different now but it’s full of hopes and opportunities. This is what I’m looking for.

New knowledge. New skills. New environment.
