Today lunch, I packed mee goreng from the cafetaria. I didn’t want to eat yet as my stomach was still full after taken nasi lemak in the morning. I left the mee goreng in my drawer and drove my car to the property management office to complain about the lousy guy at my condo.

The property management office is located at one of the complexes in Greenlane. I reached there about noon, parked my car and took the lift to level 4. Once I reached the office, a lady greeted me from behind and I was later introduced to another lady who handles the condo. She asked me what is the issue all about. I told her, whether we are going to sit or just stand like that. Yes, I was not in a good mood. To me, I went over there to complain hence I should have a seat not just stand like that. However, later I noticed the office is a bit small and lack of space for visitors to even have a seat.

Seeing me in bad mood( I think so), she asked whether I want to meet her boss. I said,” Yes, anyone who can makes decision.”

Soon, I was in the boss office. Mr. Robert the sole proprietor of Robert Bench property management greeted me. Both of us sat down and I conveyed the issues I faced with Mr.Steven to him. He agreed with me that his staff should not park at my parking lot as it is a private parking lot. After about 10 minutes of hearing my complaints, he called up Mr.Steven, who at that time was in the condo’s office. Mr.Robert repeatedly told Mr.Steven to make sure that will not park at my parking lot anymore.

5 minutes later, he ended his conversation with Mr.Steven and ensured me that this issue will not happen again. He even gave me his business card and asked me to call him directly if it ever happen again.

From my conversation with Mr.Robert, I found him to be a person who knows how to handle customer’s complaints, understanding and down to earth.

I have made complaints to Mr.Robert and let us see what happens next.
