How fast Telekom will settle dispute in your billing statement?
I called up the number 100 and told them that it has been over a month since a report id was logged and yet Telekom kept sending me reminder to pay the RM 88 which was over charged in my bill.
The RM 88 dispute arise after I subscribed to Streamxy Combo months ago. I installed the Streamxy Combo by myself hence the RM 88 should be waived but apparently Telekom charged the installation fees of RM 88 into my bill.
Reminders to settle the RM 88 was printed in Jun and July bill statements. It stated Jumlah Caj Tertunggak RM 88.
What surprised me the most was when the lady over the phone from Telekom told me that billing disputes will be settled within 3 months time. I just cannot understand why Telekom has to take about 3 months to settle the over charge bill statement. Even 1 month is consider slow liao.
Hey Telekom, your people and computer system are that slow ar?
And please, clarify why you need to take about 3 months to settle the disputes?
Sigh…Telekom memang BOLEH la!
