The flight was 2 hours only from KL to Siem Reap.
Nice bor? I love sunrise a lot.

The Siem Reap International Airport.

Inside of Siem Reap International Airport. I am not sure what is the statue representing. Don’t ask me.

Our guesthouse tuk tuk driver has been waiting for us. He is a nice guy..
Oh yeah. We stayed at Bou Savy Guesthouse! A very nice place to stay in Siem Reap. I will review the guesthouse soon.

Heading to Bou Savy Guesthouse. It was just 15 minutes ride from the airport.

Wait a minute. The tuk -tuk driver needs to pay toll, wor.

Arrived at Bou Savy Guesthouse

Tonle Sap – Our first destination in Siem Reap.
The houses along the route to Tonle Sap lake.

There were a lot of boat along the river to bring tourist for a cruise around the lake. I found the place a bit smelly. Smell like shit but it was worthwhile!

Nature!

Floating School.

Another school. Can you see the Japan flag? I believe Japanese government sponsored to build the school.

Boat is the main transportation for the people living at Tonle Sap Lake.

No life jacket. It is a bit dangerous.

Wow. This boy make a living by asking 1 dollar when you snap a photo of him. Beware lor!
Else you will become his prey.

Our boatman brought us to this place. To me, it is more a rest house.

There were crocodiles and fishes for you to view.

Some souvenirs too

Can you see the schoolchildren? Will you allow your children to do so? I don’t think leh.

Cam whoring in the boat. Hahaa..a.aa…

On our way to temples, we saw a lot of people were catching fish along the river. Some of them wear underwear only.
According to our driver, they catch the fish for their own consumption not for sale in the market. If I were them, I will be crying – mummy lor. Haaa..aaa.

Ok. That is all for now. I will blog about Siem Reap and especially Angkor Wat more in my next posting.
