I was reluctant to blog about politics at first but I think as a Malaysian citizen, I have the right to express my views as long as I toe the line and speak the truth.
This evening, I was fuming when I read in Malaysiakini that Dr.Khir singled out Samy Vellu as the person who ordered to demolish the temple in Rimba Jaya, months before the 12th General Election.
As usual, Samy rebutted Dr.Khir’s claim and defended himself with his own explanation. They gave all sort of explanations but I don’t give it a damn.
To me, as I read the article, I kept asking why argue now when both of you have the power and opportunity to stop the demolition?
Or are we in tai chi show? I don’t know. You tell me.
So why argue now and not before the GE? Must you wait till you lost in the election to realise the important of making sure every sensitive issues especially religion are to be handled carefully?
My call to both of you is please wake up. I bet you know very well that preventive is better than cure, don’t you? So stop harping on the old issue and move forward, discharge old habits and one very important thing to do is to listen to the people, the rakyat.
I said listen NOT hear. Get it? I love Malaysia a lot and please use your experiences to make Malaysia a better country. Looking at the way the PR works, I bet I don’t have to tell you how to suck eggs.
Sigh!

The closing paragraph tells all of it in my opinion. I must say that I agree with it, and essentially the most great factor about it is that you just left it open ended…this exhibits that you are ready to draw in new and totally different opinions and that you’re ultimately very interested to see people getting involved within the subject. So, any different opinions?
