Before I post the turtles article, I have to tell you this first.
A week ago, I received a new road tax for my 7 years old Proton Iswara. As I was busy, some more lazy, I didn’t do anything to claim the cash rebate until last Sunday.
For non-Malaysians information, the cash rebate was introduced by the Malaysians Government after the fuel price hiked up to RM 2.70 per litre in June. That was 78 sen higher compared to the previous price. Then, the fuel price was subsequently reduced to RM 2.55 per litre. And most recently, it is RM 2.45 per litre.
Now, back to the cash rebate. Usually, people will queue up in the post office to fill up a form before one can claim the cash rebate. But in August, I get to know a good alternative, which is to log into www dot posonline dot com dot my.
On last Sunday, I filled up my personal particulars such as home address, email address, phone number, car plate number, bank account into the online form. After completely fill in the form, I clicked the button send. At that time, I was wondering how long will I need to wait to receive the money in my bank.
To my surprise, this morning I received a confirmation email from posonline. The money had successfully credited into my bank account.

I was skeptical. I logged into online banking to verify and it was confirmed the RM 625 credited into my account on 13th October.
By Malaysia standard, this is really fast. Just in 2 days.
So, if you have not claim your cash rebate, please log into posonline.
