Oh my goodness. I just read the news that petrol price will go up by 78 sen from midnight onwards. That is RM 2.70 per litre compared to RM 1.92 per litre previously.
According to Malaysiakini,
“Under the scheme, vehicles below 2000cc will receive a RM625 rebate annually – to compensate for 800 litres of fuel used under the new price.
Meanwhile, motorbikes will be given a rebate of RM120. The money will be paid by postal order.”
Yeah, right! Now, I’m very skeptical whether I will receive RM 625 and RM 120 annually via postal order or I will continue waiting for the rebate for life. Let us wait and see.
The government knew that oil price will go up and up as the world oil reserve continue to go down. Unfortunately, they have not taken any concrete measures to improve the public transportation in Malaysia, specifically in Penang.
People inPenang have been deprived good public transportation for far too long time. Pak Lah, we want you to fast track the construction of LRT as soon as possible. Don’t ever give us any more excuses…
Damn! A plate of Wan Than Mee will cost RM 4? Oh no….every thing are going up..except my salary…!

Exactly Sam, I like your last sentence! Everything else will be marked up additional 40% except our salary still the lowest at 0%!
