Way back in 2006, I was brought to a coastal village – Kuala Gula in Perak, Malaysia for a short visit. Kuala Gula is famous for the bird lovers where thousands of migratory birds visit the place from September until April every year. Besides famous for being a bird sanctuary place, not many people know that there is a very nice Chinese Temple in the middle of big plantation in Kuala Gula.
Hua Seng Keng Temple – Front View
A closer look of the temple.
This temple is located right in the middle of big plantation.
The temple itself is very large. Don’t believe me? See it for yourself.
This is the cave that will lead us to the hell. I feel goose-bump now!
When I was a child, I used to listen to a lot of ghost stories from my friends. They used to tell me the fascinating and scary story of the bridge to the hell. I will tell you the story next time. For now, just observe the below pictures and let your imagination runs wild.
What are the dead doing? Why are they lining up for? So many of them. Scary!
Who is that? Is that the Gu Moh Ong? I cannot read mandarin. Can someone translate the three letter words for me?
Hey guys! There are horses in hell too. Not bad! At least you can travel but then who can use horse in hell?
OMG! What a torturing! A stab on the chest for which type of sin?
Can you see that fella is screaming for help? Must be very painful. Is it because of adultery? Oh…this link up with CSL sex video. Wait a minute. I am not thinking of how he performed on the bed but I am thinking whether he will get this kind of punishment in hell. Wakaa.a.aa.a..a.a
Not too far from this place, you can see clearly all the statues were properly arranged to give you a feel of how does hell look like or how it supposed to be.
Arhh……hhhh… Painful. Saw number what ar? Saw IV?
OK. Enough of the hell things….else I will make you feel uncomfortable. See this pictures? Nice bor?
There is this Kwan Yin statue. In the west, Kwan Yin is referred to the Goddess of Mercy.
There is this big dragon besides Kwan Yin. What a big mouth it has?
Well…that is all for now. Hua Seng Keng temple is a very nice temple. If you have the chance to go to Kuala Gula, please drop by and take a look. Worth it!
